On March 28th, 2024 the EURONAV Officers conference took place at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna.
All officers gratefully shared a day from their vacation time for the presentations based on safety culture, crew welfare and technical advancements.
Captain Jan De Brabandere and Fleet personnel manager Captain Alexandros Serpanos, emphasized not only the technical aspects but also the human side of maritime work, which inspired the attendees.
It was clear that the effectiveness on board is based on good communication in a teamwork spirit and the important role of all crewmembers.
The event fostered an atmosphere of friendly relations and shared learning. Аt the end of the educational conference, everyone received a certificate of attendance and, most importantly, valuable knowledge.
