In April 2024 DEME HR specialist – Mrs. Séverine De Ryck visited Naval Academy Varna to present the company, to meet and interview future officers, engineers and electricians.
The students had the opportunity to familiarize with the company's activities and its fleet – the different type of ships and their characteristics.
Bulgarian DEME crewmembers – engineers and navigators answered students' questions and introduced more about their job on board different DEME vessels types.
We met a lot of good students who were interested in DEME and took part in the interviews. They impressed Séverine De Ryck with their knowledge and motivation.
It was a beneficial meeting with successful end results!
